Beccy's blossoms

It's been a while since I coloured up 'Blossoms' from Beccy's Place...

I printed the image 4 times and coloured the parts of each layer that I needed with promarkers, before layering with foam tape. I glued 3 small pearls to the centre of each of the main flowers.
The pretty paper is from a pad called 'Emma's Garden' by Jennifer Ellory. I layered it onto some green shimmer paper. The same shimmer paper was used to cut 'mum', using a text die by Clearly Besotted, and also the smaller of the 2 fancy ovals that are sitting behind the blossoms, using Spellbinders Nestabilities Decorative Elements 'Elegant Ovals'.

I'm entering this card at:

Thanks for looking xx

  4. Your card is gorgeous Jo, great job! I love the pretty colours you chose for the background paper and cardstock... that shimmer paper is particularly pretty. I'm very impressed by all the work you did on the image. Building it up with so many layers was definitely worth the effort... the 3D effect is awesome!
    Cheers,
